Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria :(1) Randomized placebo-controlled clinical trials of pidotimod and OM-85 BV;
(2) Studies with subjects being susceptible children with a history of respiratory tract infections (less than 16 years of age)
(3) Studies that included data on the frequency or number of respiratory tract infections;
(4) Published in English;
Exclusion criteria :
(1) Studies on other subjects or not respiratory tract infections;
(2) Crossover studies that did not report the efficacy of the first cycle.
